Power Platform Architect

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Power Platform Architect to support a company focused on delivering secure digital transformation and low-code enterprise solutions. This position is completely on-site in Dahlgren, VA. The Power Platform Architect will serve as the lead technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and sustaining enterprise Microsoft Power Platform solutions that support mission-critical operations. Responsibilities for the Power Platform Architect include:

• Serve as the senior technical advisor and subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable Power Platform applications, workflows, and data solutions supporting mission operations.
• Create and optimize Power BI dashboards, analytics solutions, and reporting capabilities to improve operational awareness and leadership decision-making.
• Develop integrations with authorized enterprise data sources and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA, Power Fx, and related technologies.
• Produce technical documentation, SOPs, training materials, and stakeholder briefings while ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity, configuration management, and governance requirements.

Required Qualifications for the Power Platform Architect include:

• Advanced experience architecting, developing, deploying, and sustaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions within enterprise or government environments.
• Expert-level experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Fx, and DAX.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, high-performance solutions and integrating Power Platform applications with enterprise systems and approved data sources.
• Possession of one of the following Microsoft certifications at start date: PL-100, PL-300, PL-400, PL-500, or PL-900.
• Ability to obtain AB-410 Intelligent Applications Builder Associate or AB-100 Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert certification within 90 days of hire.
• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility required prior to start date and entry on duty.

Compensation for the Power Platform Architect include:

Salary Range: $190,000 - $200,000 depending on experience
