Piper Companies is seeking a Mobile Deployment Technician in Bethlehem, PA to support an innovative and growing healthcare network.
Responsibilities for the Mobile Deployment Technician include:
- Assess departmental technology needs, configure new equipment, and deliver devices as requested.
- Install, update, and configure computers, printers, and other technology equipment.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical assistance and support to end users and IT staff while communicating project updates in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain inventory records and create documentation related to configurations, procedures, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Required Qualifications for the Mobile Deployment Technician include:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Compensation for the Mobile Deployment Technician includes:
- $20-$22/hr based on experience
- Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Technology or a related field.
