REMOTE - Salesforce Business Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a federal health organization. This is an exciting opportunity to support a program committed to improving health outcomes across the US. This position is FULLY REMOTE and requires working availability from M-F, 9-5PM EST. Responsibilities of the Salesforce Business Analyst:

• Design Salesforce solutions, develop and refine complex data models, integrate external systems, automate business processes, and build custom functionality to meet business needs.
• Serve as the liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams.
• Develop and review user stories and future-state process flows to support Salesforce solution design and development.
• Analyze and improve requirements-gathering processes to increase efficiency and drive better business outcomes.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and customer requirements

Required Experience of the Salesforce Business Analyst:

• 6+ years of experience working with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing using the Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience capturing and writing user stories
• 3+ or more years of business processes and business analysis experience in a system engineering or software application environment
• STRONG familiarity with and experience with Salesforce.
• In depth understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Portals), LWC, Aura, and Tableau CRM
• Hands-on experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint, and experience working in a Scrum and/or SAFe Agile environment
• **Must possess Valid Salesforce certification
• **Bachelors' degree required

Compensation for the Salesforce Business Analyst includes:

• Salary Range: $120,000-$125,000 depending on experience
