Full Stack Developer (Senior)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to support a company focused on a large-scale federal modernization and digital transformation initiative supporting national security and government operations. This position is on-site in Huntsville, AL. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and modernize secure, cloud-ready enterprise applications across the full technology stack. Responsibilities for the Full Stack Developer include:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components for enterprise-level applications
• Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and system-to-system connections
• Develop cloud-ready applications and support CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and modernization efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Cloud, Data, and DevSecOps engineers to deliver technical solutions
• Implement secure coding practices, troubleshoot complex application issues, and support application performance optimization

Required Qualifications for the Full Stack Developer include:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or full-stack application development
• Experience with front-end frameworks, back-end development, REST APIs, microservices, relational databases, and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps environments, automated testing, and cloud-based architectures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance required

Compensation for the Full Stack Developer include:

Salary Range: $150,000 - $175,000 depending on experience
