· Ensure alignment between study protocols, statistical analysis plans (SAPs), variable specifications, and change control documentation.
· Assist with study closeout activities, including lessons learned, documentation archiving, and PMO handoff.
· Coordinate project milestones across engineering, data, and statistical teams to prevent delays and resolve conflicts.
· Manage stage-gate processes and maintain project records throughout the project lifecycle.
· Maintain issue logs, track action items, and follow up on owners and due dates after project meetings.
· Prepare project status reports, including timeline, scope, budget, resource, and quality metrics.

· Familiarity with protocols, statistical analysis plans, analysis datasets, and study documentation processes preferred.
· Understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, or regulated healthcare environments preferred.
