- Manage multiple assigned workstreams, coordinating day-to-day activities, tracking progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and driving deliverables to completion.
- Lead project meetings with stakeholders across organizational levels, geographic regions, and business functions, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through on action items.
- Partner with PMO leadership, workstream leads, and business stakeholders to evaluate proposed process changes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that support integration objectives.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and dependencies while maintaining project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and leadership presentations.
- Support change management and adoption activities by partnering with integration leaders, change agents, and business stakeholders to promote awareness, engagement, leadership alignment, and organizational readiness.
- Prepare and communicate regular project updates, highlighting progress, risks, issues, decisions, and upcoming milestones for internal leadership and external partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment to resolve issues, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum across complex integration initiatives.
- Utilize project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint, to track workstream execution, organize project information, and communicate project performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Approximately 5+ years of project management experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives within a global or enterprise organization.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience facilitating meetings and presenting project updates to senior leadership.
- Experience supporting supply chain initiatives, business integration, organizational transformation, portfolio operations, or enterprise-wide process improvement programs strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability across teams without direct authority.

- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
