Supplier Selection Lead

Piper Companies is seeking a Supplier Selection Lead to support a company focused on medical device manufacturing. This position is ON-SITE at Audubon, Pennsylvania. The Supplier Selection Lead will lead supplier selection initiatives and cross-functional programs focused on improving supply chain reliability and reducing operational costs.

Responsibilities for the Supplier Selection Lead include:

• Lead a pipeline of projects and programs focused on supply chain reliability, efficiency, and cost reduction
• Review engineering drawings and blueprints to determine manufacturing and sourcing requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on technical and operational capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, to execute sourcing strategies
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and support supplier performance initiatives

Required Qualifications for the Supplier Selection Lead include:

• 4 years in supply chain management; preferably in a medical device or healthcare manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Proficiency in Excel

Compensation for the Supplier Selection Lead includes:

Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000
