Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to support global clinical research programs within Internal Medicine therapeutic areas. This individual will lead cross-functional clinical teams, oversee study execution, and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a full-time remote opportunity supporting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients across global clinical development programs.
Responsibilities for the Senior Clinical Project Manager include:
· Develop and execute project plans to ensure achievement of clinical study goals, timelines, and deliverables.
· Lead cross-functional project teams and oversee day-to-day clinical project activities.
· Collaborate with sponsors, clients, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
· Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
· Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project team members.
· Develop project documentation, reports, and study updates for clients and stakeholders.
· Implement project management methodologies and best practices across clinical programs.
· Support strategic planning and contribute to organizational growth through effective project leadership.
Qualifications for the Senior Clinical Project Manager include:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
· Extensive experience managing global clinical trials within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
· Proven track record leading complex clinical research projects from initiation through closeout.
· Strong knowledge of clinical trial operations, clinical development processes, and project management methodologies.
· Experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and study deliverables.
· Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with sponsors, clients, and project stakeholders.
· Ability to manage multiple clinical projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience within Cardiovascular clinical research is highly preferred.
Compensation for the Senior Project Manager includes:
· Salary range: $165,000 - $175,000
