Program Project Delivery Specialist (Remote)
Overview
Zachary Piper is seeking an IT Program Project Delivery Specialist to support the successful execution of complex projects and programs. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing project activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with project management experience and is comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status reporting documentation.
- Track deliverables across multiple workstreams and proactively identify risks, issues, and delays.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Support project managers with planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Lead project administrative functions, including meeting coordination, meeting notes, action item tracking, and documentation management.
- Assist with resource planning and workload coordination.
- Monitor project progress and escalate blockers or dependencies as needed.
- Update schedules and plans as project priorities evolve.
- Maintain visibility across project workstreams and identify impacts to timelines or deliverables.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines are achieved.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, and/or project management.
- Strong experience with project scheduling and delivery management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Online.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively with senior-level leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project execution.
- Ability to obtain a CMS T4 Public Trust clearance.

Compensation:
- Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
