Entry-Level Physical Therapist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to support a healthcare organization focused on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and patient-centered physical therapy services. This position is on-site at Centreville, VA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans while providing one-on-one care in an outpatient clinical setting. Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist include:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one treatment for a diverse patient population, including post-surgical patients, individuals with chronic pain, sports injuries, sprains, and strains.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and other appropriate treatment modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using an electronic medical record (EMR) system with AI-assisted note efficiency tools.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and therapy staff to ensure high-quality patient care and support clinic growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications for the Physical Therapist include:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Passing score on National Physical Therapy examination and relevant certifications

Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Physical Therapist include:

• Certification in Dry Needling.
• Experience with manual therapy techniques.
• Interest in mentorship, professional development, and outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation for the Staff Physical Therapist includes:

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as required by law
