Physical Therapist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to support a growing outpatient orthopedic healthcare organization focused on delivering high-quality, one-on-one rehabilitation services. This position is on-site in Centreville, VA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of patients while developing individualized treatment plans that promote long-term recovery and wellness. Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist include:

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting, including post-surgical, chronic pain, sprains, strains, and athletic injury populations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Provide one-on-one patient care with a manageable caseload averaging 10-11 patients per day.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans within an EMR platform using AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and continuity of care.

Required Qualifications for the Physical Therapist include:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) with eligibility to practice in the state of Virginia.
• Experience evaluating and treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient environment preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques, patient assessments, and rehabilitation planning.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program and successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Dry Needling.
• Experience working with athletic populations and post-operative rehabilitation patients.
• Interest in mentorship opportunities and long-term clinical growth.

Compensation for the Physical Therapist include:

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
