Project Scheduler

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an onsite Project Scheduler to join a construction management and project services firm based in Greensboro, NC. This opportunity offers the chance to support complex commercial construction projects while partnering with project leaders to drive scheduling strategy, project execution, and successful on-time delivery. 

Responsibilities of the Project Scheduler includes:

• Create and maintain project schedules for active construction projects
• Track milestones, project progress, and potential delays while providing schedule recommendations to project teams
• Develop schedule reports, performance metrics, and forecasting updates for stakeholders
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and design teams to ensure project timelines remain achievable
• Evaluate schedule changes, construction sequencing, and resource planning throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications of the Project Scheduler includes:

• 6+ years of project scheduling experience supporting construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction operations, project controls, and critical path scheduling methodologies
• Experience utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Compensation of the Project Scheduler includes:

• $80,000 - 110,000 (based on experience)
