Construction Project Manager

Zachary Piper is hiring a Project Manager to support construction projects for retail, hospital, and municipality customers on-site in Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities:

·      Coordinate and manage the project kickoff meetings with subcontractors and trades team

·      Manage budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, coordination of requirements in project scope

·      Participates in project review and project owner meetings as required.

·      Review Conceptual Scope of Work and Budget with immediate supervisor.

·      Review site issues, plan requirements, order material for the job, and review project milestones

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

·      2+ years of project management experience

·      Experience with Microsoft Excel & Procore

·      Background in Commercial or General Construction

·      Must be able to pass a government background check

Compensation Package:

·      Salary Range: 90k-110k
