Construction Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an onsite Project Manager to join a construction management and services firm based in Greensboro, NC. The project manager will manage construction projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager includes:

• Lead projects from planning through final delivery
• Manage budgets, schedules, vendors, and subcontractors
• Coordinate client communication and project meetings
• Oversee change orders, permits, and project documentation
• Review drawings, submittals, and construction progress

Qualifications of the Project Manager includes:

• Associate's degree + 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with commercial construction, estimating, construction concepts, or design- build projects
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical documents
• Working knowledge of Procore and Microsoft Suite
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain a government clearance

Compensation of the Project Manager includes:

• $110,000 - 140,000 (based on experience)
