Salesforce Performance Tester

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Automation Tester to support a federal healthcare program focused on delivering secure, scalable Salesforce solutions for a large government agency. This position is remote. The Salesforce Automation Tester will develop and execute automated testing strategies, frameworks, and solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise Salesforce applications. Responsibilities for the Salesforce Automation Tester include:

• Develop, maintain, and execute end-to-end Salesforce test automation frameworks and automated test suites across multiple Agile Scrum teams.
• Create automation test scripts from scratch using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, and API testing tools.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to develop testing strategies, validate user stories, and automate regression testing.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, UI, API, and performance testing while documenting test results and defects in JIRA.
• Mentor junior team members, conduct peer reviews, and support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.

Required Qualifications for the Salesforce Automation Tester include:

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, and test automation.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or similar Salesforce environments.
• Experience developing automation test scripts from scratch using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub, REST APIs, and related automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, test management, regression testing, integration testing, defect tracking, and QA best practices.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, test summary reports, requirements traceability documentation, and QA metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and/or Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification (verification required).
• Must be willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST and actively participate in daily team meetings.

Compensation for the Salesforce Automation Tester include:

• Salary Range: $120,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as required by law
