Program Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Product Development Program Manager to support a company focused on advanced aerospace, defense, and mission-critical manufacturing technologies. This position is on-site in Cincinnati, OH. The Product Development Program Manager will lead cross-functional efforts to drive new product development from concept through full-scale production while establishing standardized processes across a newly formed product organization. This is a high-visibility opportunity to help shape a growing organization during a major transformation and directly impact next-generation defense technologies.

Responsibilities for the Product Development Program Manager include:

• Lead the development and buildout of a new internal product organization, driving structure, processes, and execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations to deliver new products
• Own full lifecycle product development activities, from concept and requirements gathering through production and commercialization
• Manage program schedules, risks, budgets, and performance reporting to ensure alignment with cost, quality, and timeline objectives
• Present program updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership while driving continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications for the Product Development Program Manager include:

• 8+ years of experience in program management, product development, engineering leadership, or manufacturing operations
• Experience leading new product development and transition-to-production within a highly regulated industry (aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing preferred)
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence teams without direct authority
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or a related technical discipline
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Compensation for the Product Development Program Manager include:

Salary Range: Depending on experience
