Top Secret A/V Technician

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for an AV Technician to join an IT services and consulting company. This is fully onsite job in Washington DC.

 Essential Duties of the AV Technician:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial AV systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks.
• Diagnose and resolve audio, video, control system, conferencing, and network-related issues.
• Restore system functionality while meeting customer service expectations and SLAs.
• Identify root causes of recurring problems and recommend long-term solutions.

Qualifications of the AV Technician:

• 7+ years of enterprise AV experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
• Recognized technical expert with broad knowledge across multiple AV platforms and technologies.
• Serves as the primary escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and complex system issues.

 Compensation for the AV Technician:

• $75,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
