Salesforce Business Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a federal health organization. This position is fully remote. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a mission in providing training and technical support services to Federally-Facilitated marketplaces. 

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Business Analyst:

• Design Salesforce solutions, develop and refine complex data models, integrate external systems, automate business processes, and build custom functionality to meet business needs.
• Serve as the liaison between customers, vendors, and development teams.
• Develop and review user stories and future-state process flows to support Salesforce solution design and development.
• Analyze and improve requirements-gathering processes to increase efficiency and drive better business outcomes.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and customer requirements

Required Qualifications of the Salesforce Business Analyst:

• 6+ years of experience working with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing using the Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience capturing and writing user stories
• Bachelors' degree required
• Possess Valid Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Must be willing to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance

Compensation for the Salesforce Business Analyst includes:

• Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 depending on experience
