Army Business Development Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Army Business Development Manager to support a company focused on government contracting growth and expanding Army-focused programs and solutions. This position is remote. The Army Business Development Manager will identify, qualify, and capture Army opportunities while driving pipeline growth and leading executive-level reviews. Responsibilities for the Army Business Development Manager include:

• Identify, qualify, and lead capture efforts for Army opportunities from early pursuit through award
• Build and maintain strategic relationships across Army programs, installations, and leadership
• Drive pipeline development and present at executive-level gate and pipeline reviews
• Develop win strategies, teaming approaches, and customer engagement plans
• Collaborate with proposal, solutions, and delivery teams to secure contracts in the $10M–$40M range

Required Qualifications for the Army Business Development Manager include:

• 10+ years of experience with Army service and/or GovCon business development/capture roles
• Experience with key contract vehicles and platforms (e.g., ITES, OASIS, MAS, SeaPort)
• Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and communication skills with a proven track record of wins
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance (required)

Compensation for the Army Business Development Manager include:

• Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000, depending on experience
• Additional commission tied to Total Contract Value (TCV) of awarded work
