Radar Systems Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a Radar Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, and testing of software-defined, S-band, multi-mission radar systems for the Golden Dome program. Systems include fixed, transportable, and ship-based radars. This is a long-term, onsite position based in Camden, NJ (Philadelphia metro area).

Responsibilities:

• Define system requirements and architectures (DOORS, MBSE, SysML)
• Perform modeling, trade studies, and analyses of alternatives
• Develop end-to-end integration and test plans
• Conduct radar performance modeling and verification testing
• Participate in technical reviews and document engineering artifacts

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Domain Experience: Radar Systems
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong analytical and applied mathematics background
• MATLAB/Simulink modeling and performance analysis
• Proficiency in C++ (or similar object-oriented language)
• MBSE experience using CAMEO

Relevant experience in at least two of the following:

Requirements, V&V, trade studies, modeling & simulation, integration & test, or system architecture

Compensation:

• $110,000 - $150,000 *based on experience*
