TS/SCI Cleared Acquisition Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Acquisition Analyst to join a highly classified government program. This is a full-time position and onsite in Washington DC at JBAB.

 Essential Duties of the Acquisition Analyst:

• You’ll analyze, assess, plan, and support enterprise communication infrastructure and network services acquisitions.
• You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you for your comprehensive knowledge of contracting principles and acquisition planning to the overall management of the acquisition process.
• Develop RFPs
• This person will be a generalist over acquisition, but telecommunication or IT experience is a plus as this could be a focus.

Qualifications of the Acquisition Analyst:

• 8-12+ years of experience of DoD acquisitions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes.
• Experience developing RFPs, including competitive and non-competitive.
• Experience with source selections and technical evaluations.
• Experience conducting negotiations.
• Experience with acquisition support to DoD key program milestones and decision events.
• Nice-to-haves: Experience with telecommunications or IT acquisition.

 Compensation for the Acquisition Analyst:

• $145,000 - $165,000 (based on experience)
