Construction Superintendent

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Construction Superintendent to support construction of a 6.25 MW backup power generation plant for a military site.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision of subcontractors
• Direct all field and construction management activities
• Manage the QA/QC program and enforce the project Quality Control Plan
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and sequencing of work
• Interface with project managers, government reps, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with federal construction standards and safety rules
• Track progress, productivity, and reporting
• Maintain contract, submittal, and documentation compliance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Federal construction experience (USACE / NAVFAC preferred)
• OSHA 30 certification
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software

Compensation Package:

• Salary Range: 100k-130k + Per Diem/Expenses
