Banking Salesforce Developer

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Banking Salesforce Developer in McLean, VA

Responsibilities for the Banking Salesforce Developers:

• Design dashboards and reports for sales performance, production planning, inventory levels, and customer insights
• Ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems
• Automate workflows related to order intake, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment
• Support traceability, batch tracking, and quality workflows relevant to food safety and compliance
• Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL
• Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects to support baking operations such as:
  • Sales orders and distributor management
  • Production schedules and forecasts
  • Inventory and lot tracking
  • Customer service and quality issues

Qualifications for the Banking Salesforce Developers:

• Strong hands-on experience building and implementing front-end experiences in Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Ability to translate approved designs into high-quality, responsive, production-ready experiences
• Familiarity with component-based development, UX implementation, and integration within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Prior Salesforce digital experience, financial services experience, and strong collaboration skills will be preferred.

Compensation for Banking Salesforce Developers:

• $140,000 - $150,000 *Depending on Experience
• Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
