Join our team as a UI/UX Developer!


Role Overview:

You will collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to shape a customer‑experience‑led vision for the business. This includes defining future‑state experiences, identifying the capabilities required to deliver them, and assessing business impact. You will conduct business analysis, opportunity modeling, stakeholder interviews, and customer‑journey design to support customer‑centric strategy initiatives and pitches. This position requires an active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead creative problem‑solving efforts to design solutions that are smart, simple, and delightful.
  • Analyze user needs, behaviors, and workflows to craft optimized experiences.
  • Apply advanced interaction design and user interface principles across complex systems.
  • Guide the development of personas, archetypes, mindsets, user journeys, task flows, and information architecture.
  • Plan, execute, and synthesize user research and usability testing, ensuring insights translate into actionable design recommendations.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and facilitate discussions with groups of varying sizes.

Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI w/polygraph
  • 5+ years delivering interface design solutions for clients or internal stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (especially XD), InVision, and similar platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation of groups from 5 to 30+ participants.
  • Ability to articulate design decisions with clarity and strategic reasoning.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies and iterative product design cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfort with low‑fidelity, scrappy design tools (paper sketches, slide mockups).
  • Background in software engineering or familiarity with custom development practices.
  • Experience delivering design work across multiple networks or platforms.
  • Experience leading teams of 3–7+ designers or creatives.
  • Proven ability to translate research insights into design requirements and deliverables.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: Up to $190,000 based on experience
