Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support a company focused on delivering cybersecurity services and technology‑driven solutions. This position is fully remote. The Project Manager will drive end‑to‑end project execution, partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver high‑impact initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational goals. This role directly supports secure, scalable solutions that enable mission‑critical outcomes.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager include:

• Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams including engineering, security operations, product, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and executive‑level status reporting
• Driving alignment on scope, requirements, timelines, and resource needs across technical and non‑technical teams
• Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies and escalating as needed

Required Qualifications for the Project Manager include:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise environments
• Experience working with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification preferred

Compensation for the Project Manager include:

• Salary Range: $105,000 – $125,000 depending on experience
