Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support a federal IT services contractor. This position is onsite in Rockville, MD. The Technical Program Manager will serve as a technical liaison and lead to support the company in handling infrastructure and security transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities for the Technical Program Manager include:
- Observe, report, and strategize on progress within infrastructure, network, and security modernization efforts
- Collaborate with engineering teams and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on all targets
- Sustain timelines and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
- Facilitate communication between team, subcontractors, and customer representations
- Produce reports dashboards, and summaries for leadership and customer review
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, lessons learning, and best practices
Required Qualifications for the Technical Program Manager include:
- 10+ years of experience in technical project management or modernization initiatives
- Strong technical talent in infrastructure, networking, and security domains
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- PMP certification preferred
- Must be able to obtain a United States government issued Public Trust clearance
Compensation for the Technical Program Manager includes:
- Salary Range: $190,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience)
