Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Title Insurance Administrator in Eugene, OR.


Responsibilities for the Title Insurance Administrator

  • Interact with vendors, members and various state departments of motor vehicle agencies to resolve complex problems and seek exceptions to policy when appropriate.
  • Understands and can work constructively in Sales Force, Hogan, TMS and all platforms used by the department.
  • Review vendor report of unidentified titles, locating member and loan if possible, and providing instructions to vendor for disposition of title documents that remain unidentified.
  • Review various vendor reports of records in follow-up status for non-receipt of title to determine next action to include referring the account to DCC, interest rate adjustments and direct follow up with the member. Vendor shall be notified of any status updates.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on vehicle titling related issues, to include but not limited to: releasing titles for registration, owner name change, titling in a different state, payoff/lien release requirements, change in ownership requirements of state agency and the credit unions
  • Utilize knowledge of DealerTrack Title Management System (TMS) title system and collateral functions performed by vendor

Qualifications for the Title Insurance Administrator:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience
  • Experience with auto and/or mortgage titles
  • Experience with extended warranty and Collateral Protection Insurance assist lines and reporting.

Compensation for the Title Insurance Administrator:

  • $20.00 - $25.00 an hour *Depending on Experience
  • Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
