Cyber Readiness Support Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cyber Readiness Support Specialist to support a company focused on enhancing U.S. Navy Surface Force warfighting and C5I readiness. This position is on-site at Naval Base San Diego. The Cyber Readiness Support Specialist will provide mission-critical readiness analysis, reporting, and coordination supporting afloat and ashore commands. This role directly contributes to strengthening Fleet operational readiness and cybersecurity posture.

Responsibilities for the Cyber Readiness Support Specialist include:

• Serving as an SME on C5I/Cyber Readiness and network infrastructure support tasks
• Monitoring daily C5I and Cybersecurity readiness issues and consolidating findings for N6 leadership
• Performing CASREP and trouble ticket trend analysis to identify deficiencies and mission impacts
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, instructions, and presentations
• Coordinating with maintenance and logistics teams to obtain and track CASREP status and resolutions

Required Qualifications for the Cyber Readiness Support Specialist include:

• 3+ years of experience in C5I, cybersecurity, IT, or readiness support within a DoD or U.S. Navy environment
• Experience with Navy readiness reporting systems such as CASREP
• Proficiency in data analysis, trend reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Active Secret clearance

Compensation for the Cyber Readiness Support Specialist includes:

• Salary Range: $80,000-120,000 **Depending on experience**
