AV Engineer

*TS/SCI required for consideration*

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an AV Engineer. This position supports a long term DoD program that offers longevity and job security. The AV Engineer will collaborate closely with system administrators, facilities teams, and mission stakeholders to plan, integrate, and maintain AV systems that directly support secure conferencing, command centers, and high-impact communication spaces This is an onsite position in Alexandria, VA. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance for consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring operational continuity within dynamic and secure environments.
• Lead implementation and lifecycle management of AV systems—including video conferencing, projection, display, control systems, and sound reinforcement—to ensure seamless and secure user experiences.
• Apply advanced technical skills using platforms such as Crestron, AMX, Extron, Cisco TelePresence, and AV-over-IP technologies to deliver reliable, scalable, and future-focused AV solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience integrating emerging AV technologies in classified spaces.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• 5+ years of alike experience in AV Engineering
• Bachelors Degree preferred

Compensation:

• $100,000 - $120,000 *depending on experience*
