Job Summary
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Endpoint Specialist to join our team on-site in Brunswick, GA to support the enterprise management of Windows-based devices through MECM/SCCM. This role is responsible for implementing deployment strategies, maintaining compliance with federal security requirements, and ensuring endpoint readiness across training and operational environments. The position collaborates closely with systems, network, and cybersecurity teams to deliver a reliable and secure endpoint ecosystem while driving automation and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, maintain, and enhance MECM/SCCM infrastructure across the organization
- Develop and implement strategies for endpoint deployment, patch distribution, and configuration management
- Ensure device readiness during peak training periods when classroom use exceeds standard capacity
- Maintain adherence to DHS security guidelines, vulnerability remediation processes, and compliance mandates
- Work collaboratively with infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teams to support holistic endpoint operations
- Identify opportunities to streamline endpoint lifecycle processes and introduce automation improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting Windows desktops and servers within a mid‑size or large enterprise environment
- Microsoft Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification or the latest equivalent certification
- Demonstrated expertise in managing, configuring, and deploying MECM/SCCM and associated site components
- Strong understanding of endpoint security principles, Group Policy management, and compliance frameworks
- Experience analyzing and improving endpoint management workflows and security posture
- Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and support operational surges in high‑demand environments
- Prior work within federal or DHS-focused endpoint management environments
- Knowledge of zero‑trust endpoint models and modern security architectures
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $90,000-$105,000 ** depending on experience **
