Software Implementation Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Remote Software Implementation Project Manager.

Responsibilities for the Software Implementation Project Manager:

·      Lead end-to-end implementation of ONESOURCE and related tax software solutions.

·      Manage project scope, budgets, milestones, and contractual obligations as outlined in Statements of Work (SOW).

·      Maintain detailed project documentation using PSA tools within Salesforce.

·      Oversee a portfolio of projects, including:

o  1 large, complex initiative

o  2–3 mid-sized projects

o  Several smaller projects requiring intermittent touchpoints

·      Conduct client-facing meetings and ensure strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Perform functional PMO tasks such as time entry, approvals, and resource allocation.

·      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

·      Drive continuous improvement and adherence to standardized templates and documentation.

Qualifications for the Software Implementation Project Manager:

·      5 to 10 years of relevant experience

·      Experience with onesource software or similar software products

·      Experience with indirect taxation

·      5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation.

·      Strong understanding of ERP environments (SAP and/or Oracle).

Compensation for the Software Implementation Project Manager:

• $150,000 to $160,000 *Depending on Experience
• Cigna Medical, dental, vision, Holidays, 401k, PTO and Sick leave as required by law
