Sr. Project Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to assist with operations and safety for construction and energy sustainability projects remotely with occasional travel in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily management and as required supervision of mechanical, central plant, renewable energy, energy storage, and other energy efficiency construction projects.
• Provide daily management and as required supervision of mechanical, central plant, renewable energy, energy storage, and other energy efficiency construction projects.
• Provide ongoing project status updates with all parties throughout design and construction.
• Manage project teams and resources, including expenditures and job cost accounting processes for accuracy, documentation, approvals, payment reporting, and tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to assure competitive cost, best schedule and delivery for all project-related equipment, supply installations, and construction services.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s Degree in Construction/Project Management or relevant field

·      5+ years of experience with energy projects

·      Experience leading and managing construction projects

·      MS Project, Procore, or Primavera experience

·      Understanding of mechanical and central plant drawings

·      Must be able to pass a government background check

Compensation Package:

·      Salary Range: 115k-150k
