Data Pipeline Technical Lead

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Data Pipeline Technical Lead to join a dynamic program strengthening the cybersecurity of federal networks and systems. This is based in Fairfax, VA and offers a hybrid work schedule.

 Essential Duties of the Data Pipeline Technical Lead:

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale, real-time data pipelines that provide mission critical information.
• Accountable for all technical facets in the delivery of our data pipeline product. 
• Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery of our data pipeline product.
• Build and maintain microservices and data connectors that ingest, process, and distribute data across multiple systems and APIs. 
• Provide mentorship to team members to strengthen their skills, knowledge, and capabilities. 

Qualifications of the Data Pipeline Technical Lead:

• 10+ years of experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• 5+ years of experience focused on data engineering or data pipeline solutions
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust Clearance.

 Compensation for the Data Pipeline Technical Lead:

• $160,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)
• Hybrid flexibility
