Senior Training Specialist - Secret Cleared

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to join a Federal Program located in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Training Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that enhance workforce capabilities and align with organizational performance objectives.

Responsibilities of the Senior Training Specialist include:

·      Develop a Workforce Training Plan with measurable outcomes, validated learning objectives, and delivery timelines.

·      Create modular, scalable training curricula aligned with prioritized objectives and PI planning.

·      Implement training programs using multimedia delivery methods, including video, interactive learning tools, and mobile-enabled platforms.

·      Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and performance metrics to ensure adoption and impact.

·      Conduct ongoing assessments using surveys, tests, and evaluations to measure knowledge retention and application.

·      Automate and transition training delivery for accessibility, reuse, and continuous content evolution.

·      Provide video and graphic support for marketing and promoting training initiatives.

Qualifications for the Senior Training Specialist include:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.

·      3–5 years of experience in training design, development, and delivery.

·      Acquisition knowledge and prior Space Systems Command (SSC) experience preferred.

·      Familiarity with AI-driven training solutions.

·      Proficiency with government-approved software applications (Google, Palantir, Apple, Oracle), SharePoint, Knowledge Management Sites, and Learning Management Systems.

·      Ability to travel up to 50%.

·      Must have an active Secret security clearance.

Compensation for the Senior Training Specialist includes:

·      Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 depending on experience
