CAD Developer

Zachary Piper Solutions is on the hunt for a CAD Developer to join a cutting-edge government program shaping the future of flight! You’ll be diving into the world of Siemens NX, helping simplify custom plug-ins and add-ons that track design changes for the next generation of aircraft engines. No need to build complex CAD customizations as your mission is to streamline and clean up what’s already there using your scripting skills.

Responsibilities:

·      Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing NX Open applications

·      Script and automate tasks using Perl, Python, or CGI

·      Apply basic knowledge for Teamcenter PLM Integration

·      Leverage knowledge of GD&T to assist with batch processing, design rule checking, & monitoring custom toolbar plugins

·      Navigate log files within NX Manager

Qualifications:

·      Associates Degree

·      3+ years of CAD Design or Automation

·      Programming of Siemens NX (NX-Open)

·      Knowledge of GD&T

·      Must be able to pass government background check

Compensation:

·      Salary Range: 100k-140k
