Technical Business Analyst

Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring for a Technical Business Analyst to support a Cloud O&M and Modernization contract based in Ft. Meade, MD. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms and a strong background in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role involves gathering requirements, creating user stories, and facilitating communication across diverse teams to ensure successful delivery of cloud modernization initiatives. This is a fully onsite position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, and process flows to support agile development and cloud modernization efforts.
• Facilitate and lead meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
• Work closely with cloud engineers, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Support the development and maintenance of Azure and AWS-based systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Assist in the creation of test plans and participate in system testing and validation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to strategic planning efforts.

Requirements Include:

• Active Secret Clearance
• 4+ years of experience
• Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
• Proven experience in AWS or Azure environments
• Experience supporting DoD Contracts

Compensation Includes:

• $100,000 - $108,000 *depending on experience*
• Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, Sick leave if required by Law
