ServiceNow Architect

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with specialized experience in integrating DPAS (Defense Priorities and Allocations System) workflows into enterprise platforms. The ServiceNow Architect will support secret-cleared work out of Colorado Springs, CO. ***This role requires an ACTIVE Secret Clearance & is fully onsite***

Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Architect:

·       Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with DPAS requirements and federal asset management standards

·       Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support inventory validation, prioritization, and reporting

·       Design and maintain import templates for asset data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems

·       Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow / Salesforce and DPAS, enabling seamless data exchange and operational alignment

·       Develop and manage assessment management modules to support compliance, readiness, and resource allocation

·       Oversee the import and validation of new asset inventories

Qualifications of the ServiceNow Architect:

·       8+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Architect or Developer in a defense or federal environment

·       Must have hands-on experience with DPAS workflows, asset prioritization, and inventory management

·       Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and custom application development

·       Proficiency in data analysis, import set creation, and integration scripting

·       Familiarity with federal compliance standards and asset tracking protocols

·       Must have an active Secret Clearance

Compensation of the ServiceNow Architect:

•          Salary: Between $80.00/hr - $110.00/hr depending on years of relevant experience
