Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Oracle HCM Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of a client’s human capital management system out of Tulsa, OK. The Oracle Architect will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring HR technology is scalable and user friendly.
Responsibilities of the Oracle HCM Architect:
· Spearhead the architecture and implementation of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, and Employee Self-Service
· Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT, and external partners to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
· Configure and enhance Oracle HCM applications using tools like Visual Builder Studio
· Manage full-cycle projects—from planning and design to testing and deployment
· Lead testing efforts for new features, integrations, and quarterly updates, including troubleshooting and defect resolution
· Act as the go-to expert for system issues, providing advanced support and guidance
· Maintain data integrity and oversee cross-platform integrations to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications of the Oracle HCM Architect:
· 5+ years of experience working in Oracle Cloud HCM (Human Capital Management)
· Hands-on experience with Oracle development tools such as VB Studio, and Oracle Integration Cloud
· Strong background in system configuration, requirements analysis, solution delivery, design, testing and upgrade planning/issue resolution
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
· Must be able to obtain a clearance
Compensation of the Oracle HCM Architect:
• Salary: Between $120,000 - $150,000 annually based on years of relevant experience
