Network Engineer *TS/SCI Clearance Required

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer (Deployment) role to support a mission-critical program out Springfield, VA. *This role requires an ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance*

Responsibilities of the Network Engineer (Deployment):

·       Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN

·       Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies

·       Perform packet captures, analyze firewall logs, and resolve network issues using diagnostic tools

·       Manage and secure LAN/WAN environments, including tenant network segments and transport layers

Qualifications of the Network Engineer:

·       5+ years of experience in network administration/operations or related field

·       Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco FirePower, Cisco Catalyst or Cisco Nexus

·       Strong experience with F5 LTM/GTM and KEMP Load Balancers

·       Proficiency in SolarWinds (NPM, SAM, IPAM, NetFlow), and IBM Netcool

·       Must have an ACTIVE Secret Clearance

·       IAT Level II Certification (preferred)

Compensation of the Network Engineer:

·       Salary: Between $110,000 - $150,000 annually based on years of experience
