Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer (cleared) to join a federal subcontractor supporting. This is a full-time position and fully onsite in Ft Meade, MD.
Essential Duties of the Sr Cloud Engineer:
- Support initiatives in developing and managing robust CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based applications.
- Work with teams to bring continuous improvement to DevSecOps processes and tools.
- Be a trusted automation and tooling advisor for Cloud and DevSecOps initiatives.
- Ensure all deliverables meet user acceptance criteria while adhering to security best practices.
Qualifications of the Sr Cloud Engineer:
- 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering including DevOps or DevSecOps.
- 3+ years of IaC experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Azure DevOps.
- Good Kubernetes experience and writing it on your own.
- Desire to work in a collaborative environment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
Compensation for the Sr Cloud Engineer:
- $150,000 - $200,000 (based on experience)
