Sr. Active Directory Exchange Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Active Directory Exchange Specialist to assist on a long-term program supporting the Marine Corps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Systems Administration support, Active Directory, and ticketing systems like Remedy and ServiceNow. This role is Fully Onsite out of Quantico, VA.

Hours: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm, Sunday through Wednesday

Responsibilities of the Sr. Active Directory Exchange Specialist:

• Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD), Exchange, ADAM, and the Global Address List (GAL)
• Perform account management and troubleshooting across directory and messaging systems
• Provide Tier II support, including triage and escalation of Remedy tickets
• Monitor server performance and manage virtualization environments
• Ensure reliable operation and servicing of Windows Server infrastructure

Qualifications for the Sr. Active Directory Exchange Specialist:

• 10+ years of IT experience (including military, academic, or freelance work)
• Strong background in Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server administration
• Familiarity with server virtualization and event monitoring tools
• IAT Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP)
• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Preferred: Prior Marine Corps or military experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• $95,000 - 115,000 *Dependent on experience*
