Full Stack Developer - TS/SCI Clearance

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a Federal Program working in Irvine, CA. The Full Stack Developer will primarily be responsible for supporting mission unique software development across backend and frontend in support of the U.S. government, but you will also contribute to the core product development.

Responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer include:

·        Develop and maintain backend services using Python and AWS.

·        Build and integrate full stack applications using the MEAN stack and modern JavaScript frameworks.

·        Design, analyze, and troubleshoot APIs, distributed databases (NoSQL and relational), caching systems, and event-driven architectures.

·        Collaborate with frontend developers or independently build frontend components using React (TypeScript), Next.js, Refine, Blitz.js, or RedwoodJS.

·        Develop containerized applications and serverless architectures.

·        Work with Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment.

·        Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred but not required).

·        Contribute to both mission-specific and core product development initiatives.

Qualifications for the Full Stack Developer include:

·        Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

·        4+ years of experience in backend and full stack development.

·        Ability to work 3 days per week on site in Irvine, CA.

·        Proficiency in Python, GraphQL, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform or similar).

·        Strong JavaScript skills and experience with frontend development or integration.

·        Experience with React (TypeScript) and frameworks like Next.js, Refine, Blitz.js, or RedwoodJS.

·        Familiarity with distributed systems, API design, and multi-tier architectures.

·        Experience with containerization, serverless computing, and Kubernetes.

·        Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines.

·        Must have an Active U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.

Compensation for the Full Stack Developer includes:

·        Salary Range: $115,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
