Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a SharePoint Administrator/Developer to support a classified network for NIWC PAC at COMPACFLT. The selected candidate will serve as the primary administrator for the SharePoint infrastructure, supporting production, development, and test environments while ensuring compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards.

This role is ideal for a skilled SharePoint professional with strong Windows server experience and a background in secure DoD environments.


Location: Honolulu, Hawaii


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Farms across production, development, and test environments
  • Support user provisioning services and ensure smooth access management
  • Operate and maintain Windows servers, including Active Directory, IIS, SSL, and PKI infrastructure
  • Create and manage databases and database instances to support SharePoint Farm growth
  • Monitor database health, perform backups, verify data integrity, and implement disaster recovery procedures
  • Report on compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements
  • Serve as a SharePoint subject matter expert, interfacing with collaboration/portal support staff at COMPACFLT HQ
  • Provide customer support to HQ users and subordinate commands

Required Qualifications:

  • Clearance Level: Active DoD Secret clearance required on day one
  • Certifications (IAT Level II – Windows): Must hold one of the following in active status:
    • Security+ CE
    • GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
    • Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
    • System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience with SharePoint
    • 3+ years of experience with Windows Server
    • Experience working in a Windows VM environment

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL certification
  • Experience with the Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) process

Compensation:

  • Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 (based on experience and education)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 20 days paid time off, 11 federal holidays, and sick leave
