Facility Maintenance Manager

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to support one of our aerospace partner on-site in Midland/Odessa, TX. The Facility Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of a high-tech aerospace manufacturing facility, playing a critical role in supporting production goals, safety standards, and infrastructure reliability.

Responsibilities for the Facility Maintenance Manager include:

• Develop and manage a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and production equipment.
• Maintain and optimize the facility’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and service calls to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee daily building operations including utilities, janitorial services, and environmental systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other regulatory standards.
• Lead capital improvement and infrastructure upgrade projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Support facility readiness for audits, inspections, and new equipment installations.
• Hire, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and custodial staff.
• Implement safety programs and enforce PPE and company protocols.

Qualifications for the Facility Maintenance Manager include:

• 7+ years of experience in facility or plant maintenance management, including 3+ years in aerospace or automotive manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, HVAC systems, high-voltage electrical systems, and PLC-based equipment.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and preventative maintenance systems.
• Proven track record managing compliance programs (e.g., OSHA, ISO, ANSI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Building Operator Certification (BOC), or OSHA 30-Hour certification is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.

Compensation for the Facility Maintenance Manager include:

• Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 *depending on experience*
