Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Deputy Program Manager / Senior Program Analyst to support the U.S. Air Force’s Advanced Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Branch within the Persistent Multi-Role RPA Division (AF/A3UQ) in Arlington, VA. This role provides high-level programmatic and operational support to senior Air Force, Joint Staff, and OSD leadership on all matters related to advanced RPA capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief senior leaders across the Air Force, Joint Staff, and OSD on advanced RPA programs
  • Provide daily operational and strategic support to HQ AF and Joint Staff on deployment and employment of special capabilities
  • Coordinate with HQ Air Combat Command and other stakeholders on advanced RPA issues
  • Prepare and deliver briefings and documentation to senior USAF leadership regarding organizing, training, and equipping special capabilities
  • Maintain access to and utilize AIS systems across classification levels (Unclassified through TS/SCI and ACCMs)
  • Represent USAF equities in education, training, exercises, planning, and execution forums
  • Maintain personal training and eligibility for duties involving special access programs and classified operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 15+ years of relevant experience
    • OR Master’s degree with 13+ years of experience
  • Minimum 15 years of experience supporting the Air Force and/or DoD
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with Special Access Programs (SAPs)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting DoD operations, test and evaluation, or acquisition
  • Experience preparing materials for senior military and civilian leadership
  • Familiarity with Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO)


Compensation:

  • Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 (based on experience and education)
  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 20 days paid time off, 11 federal holidays, and sick leave
