Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Unified Communications Administrator to join a stable and growing company located in Honolulu, HI.
Responsibilities of the UC Admin:
- Perform System upgrades and IAVA patches to Cisco Unified Call Manager.
- Perform inventory asset management and accountability functions.
- Perform IOS Upgrades.
- Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for UC operations.
- Complete initial categorization of Service Requests (type, sub-type, location device, priority, etc.)
- Use administrative access to network components to research errors, incidents, problems and to perform incident analysis and identify potential problems.
- Completes problem resolutions associated with incident ticket(s)
Qualifications of the UC Admin:
- 3+ years of relevant administrative experience.
- Demonstrates innovative engineering acumen for improvements to site, location, or enterprise performance.
- Ability to function as independent engineering, maintenance, and network problem solving with minimal or intermittent input from other Tiers/locations.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with willingness and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph.
- IAT II Certification.
Compensation of the UC Admin:
- Salary range: $160,000-$199,000
