Oracle Utilities CC&B Architect

Piper Companies is looking for an Oracle CC&B Architect to join a large utility company. This person can work out of locations including Chicago IL, Oak Brook IL, Philadelphia PA, Kennett Square PA, Baltimore, Washington DC, or parts of Delaware. This is a full-time position!

 Essential Duties of the Oracle CC&B Architect:

• Serve as the technical authority for Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) solutions supporting critical revenue management functions including billing, payments, collections, customer account management, financial adjustments, and regulatory compliance.
• Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for Oracle CC&B and related revenue management platforms.
• Establish architecture standards, engineering best practices, and governance processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to IT and business leadership teams.
• Build proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes to support architectural decisions and future-state planning.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions that balance business requirements with long-term platform health.

Qualifications of the Oracle CC&B Architect:

• 5-15 years of experience supporting, designing, and developing Oracle Utilities CC&B solutions.
• Architecture experience laying out roadmap for strategic initiatives.
• Experience across billing, payments, collections, customer care, revenue assurance, and compliance functions.

 Compensation for the Oracle CC&B Architect:

• $140,000 to $185,000 (based on experience)
• 20% annual bonus
