NetSuite SME, Midland, TX

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a NetSuite SME to join a global technology company located in Midland, TX through a 100% on-site work environment. The NetSuite SME will support the configuration, development, and administration of the NetSuite ERP platform, with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, and finance operations. This role requires international travel and a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the NetSuite ERP system across multiple business units, including Manufacturing, Accounting, Supply Chain, and WMS.
• Configure and customize NetSuite using workflows, scripts, saved searches, dashboards, and SuiteApps.
• Manage user roles, permissions, onboarding, and training materials.
• Support system enhancements, data imports, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Monitor system performance, user access, and KPIs; recommend and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, including 3+ years in configuration/development.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Order to Build).
• 1+ year supporting NetSuite implementations.
• Must have hands-on inventory and warehouse flow experience, a strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations, and be a confident, adaptable self-starter who can serve as a super user/SME and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules: Manufacturing, Finance, WMS, and Supply Chain.
• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript a plus.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and manage small support teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to travel internationally.
• Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Application Developer, SuiteAnalytics.

Compensation:

Salary: ~$110,000/ year (flexibility depending on experience)
