Change Management PLM Systems Administrator- Midland, TX

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a  Change Management PLM Systems Administrator to join a global technology company located in Midland, TX through a 100% on-site work environment. The Change Management PLM Systems Administrator will manage and support product lifecycle management systems, engineering change processes, and configuration data across enterprise platforms including PLM, ERP, and MES systems. This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, system synchronization, and process efficiency throughout the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator and functional analyst for Autodesk Fusion 360 Manage PLM and related configuration management systems.
• Support engineering change control, document management, and new part introduction processes.
• Train and mentor engineering teams on PLM processes, policies, and tools.
• Monitor system performance, manage user access, and coordinate with third-party support partners.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and tools to support business operations and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience administering PLM or change management systems.
• Experience with Autodesk Fusion 360 Manage, Teamcenter, Enovia, or similar PLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of engineering change control, document control, and configuration management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project) and web-based platforms.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work on-site in Midland, TX.

Compensation:

Salary: $100,000/ year depending on experience
