Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Peoplesoft Developer to join a National Security Contract located in Herndon, VA through hybrid presence. The Senior Peoplesoft Developer will build and upgrade federal HR systems, like payroll and benefits. The Senior Peoplesoft Developer will code custom fixes, manage large-scale tech migrations, and work directly with teams to test and launch updates using PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 tools.

  

Responsibilities of the Senior Peoplesoft Developer include:

  • Build and upgrade HR system; design and code customer PeopleSoft solutions
  • Manage large-scale migrations with minimal disruption during upgrades/integrations
  • Lead tech transitions for systems with 25,000+ users
  • Test and fix issues by running user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Catch bugs, then debug and deploy fixes
  • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and HR staff to turn user requests into functional software updates
  • Document clear records of code changes, system designs, and workflows
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system errors & improve performance

 

Qualifications of the Senior Peoplesoft Developer include:

  • Experience developing customer PeopleSoft Federal solutions
    • PeopleTools, SQR, Security, HCM version 9.2
  • Experience managing large complex enterprise system migration projects (25,000+ users)
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Experience with HRLOB operations & procedures
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active Secret Clearance

 

Compensation for the Senior Peoplesoft Developer includes:

  • Salary Range: $145,000-$165,000 **depending on experience**
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Plan, Holidays, PTO, sick leave as required by law
